Advisory Panel on Improving Healthcare Systems Fall 2013 Meeting
On September 9, 2013, the Advisory Panel on Improving Healthcare Systems convened for its second meeting to review progress toward refining the five research topics that the panel prioritized for potential funding in April 2013:
- patient-empowering care management for chronic conditions;
- transitions in care;
- mental health and primary care co-location;
- perinatal management; and
- effects of insurance features.
