Patient-Powered Research Network Workshop

PCORI hosted a workshop with our Patient-Powered Research Network (PPRN) partners over two days:

  • January 22, 2014 (3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET) Webinar at Brookings Institution
  • January 23, 2014 (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ET) Webinar and at PCORI Headquarters

The goal of the workshop was to facilitate a sense of community and a collective identity among the PPRNs, as a key component of PCORnet. In addition, it provided the PPRN partners with a forum to share resources, address concerns, and jump-start the creation of a high-performing, patient-powered collaborative. The PPRN partners discussed common objectives, engaged in peer learning opportunities, and identified collaborative opportunities.
