PCORI Methodology Committee Meeting
PCORI's Methodology Committee works to define and update methodological standards for patient-centered outcomes research and to develop a translation framework to guide the choice of study designs for specific research questions.
On December 13, 2021, the Methodology Committee discussed PCORI’s Science of Engagement Initiative Request for Information, which was open for public feedback from September 27 through November 19. The committee discussed how this initiative can best strengthen the science of and expand the evidence base on the approaches for effectively engaging diverse patients and stakeholders throughout the research process.
